Sessions are tracked in 30-minute blocks, so you can spread them across the month or use them in one focused session. The format adapts to what's most useful for you right now.

Do I need to have done an assessment first?

Ongoing support is available to any business. That said, clients who've completed an assessment or technical project with us get the most value because we already understand their operations deeply. If you're starting fresh, we'll use the first session to understand your business context and identify where support will have the most impact. Either way, you'll get value from the first month.

What happens if I don't use all my hours?

The subscription is designed to maintain consistent momentum rather than accumulate unused time. If you find you're regularly not using your hours, that's worth discussing — it may mean the improvements are bedding in well and you're ready to step back, which is a good outcome. We'd rather you cancel and come back when you need us than pay for support you're not using.

Can I increase hours for a specific month?
