Systems That Work
Your business runs on systems. When they don't connect, don't scale, or don't exist yet, you lose time, money, and momentum. We fix that.
Your business runs on systems. When they don't connect, don't scale, or don't exist yet, you lose time, money, and momentum. We fix that.
Practical automations and AI-assisted workflows built around real bottlenecks — not demos. We pick the tools that pay back, and skip the ones that don't.
Targeted use of AI where it actually earns its keep — phone reception and lead capture, customer enquiry handling, document summarisation, drafting from templates, and internal Q&A across your own data. We build the wrapper around the model, not the other way around.
Connect the tools you already use and remove the manual steps between them. Quoting to invoicing, CRM to accounting, jobs to dispatch — one flow, no copy-paste, no double entry, no chasing people for the same information twice.
Technical solutions shaped around how your business actually operates, not how software vendors think it should
Professional websites, client portals, booking systems, and digital interfaces that work on every device and represent your business properly.
Stop copying data between systems. Automate invoicing, reporting, notifications, approvals, and the dozens of repetitive tasks draining your team's time.
Outgrown your current systems? We plan and execute migrations without the chaos. Move from spreadsheets to proper systems, or from one platform to another.
Map your current processes, identify the friction points, then redesign and implement workflows that actually match how work gets done.
Connect the tools you already use. CRM to accounting, scheduling to invoicing, inventory to reporting. One source of truth across your operations.
Your data is scattered across inboxes, spreadsheets, and half-used platforms. We consolidate it, structure it, and give you dashboards that tell you what matters.
Watch a manual process become an automated workflow
What changes when your systems actually work together
Common situations where the right technical solution changes everything
Quotes in one system, scheduling in another, invoicing in a third. Nobody knows what's been paid, what's overdue, or which jobs are profitable.
Every approval, every quote, every decision flows through one person. The business can't grow because it can't operate without them.
Online stock doesn't match the warehouse. Orders oversell. Returns take days to process. Reporting requires exporting CSVs from four different platforms.
Every new hire learns by following someone around. Processes exist in people's heads. When someone leaves, their knowledge goes with them.
We don't sell software licences or push platforms. We observe your operations first, understand the real workflow, then design technical solutions that fit your business.
Modern, proven technologies chosen for reliability and maintainability
Python, Django, React, responsive design
PostgreSQL, AWS, automated backups
REST APIs, webhooks, platform connectors
Dashboards, automated reports, data pipelines
Structured delivery with visibility at every stage
We understand your current systems, pain points, and what you're trying to achieve. Often this starts during an assessment, but we scope standalone projects too.
Detailed plan of what we'll build, how it integrates with what you already have, timeline, and investment. Clear scope. No surprises.
Development in short cycles with regular check-ins. You see working progress throughout rather than waiting for a reveal at the end.
Thorough testing using your actual data and processes. We refine until it works exactly as needed in your operational context.
Go-live support, hands-on training for your team, and documentation. We make sure your people can use it confidently from day one.
Post-deployment support included. As your business grows, your systems grow with it through our ongoing support subscription.

Straight answers about how projects work
Two to four weeks for small builds, six to twelve for larger ones
Smaller automations — a quote-to-invoice handoff, a Slack notification, a single integration — typically take two to four weeks from kickoff to live. Larger projects — custom dashboards, multi-system integrations, full platform builds — run six to twelve weeks. We scope this honestly in the Discovery phase before any code is written, so you'll have a realistic timeline and milestones before committing.
Xero, HubSpot, Monday, Salesforce, and most modern SaaS platforms
Yes. If a platform has an API or webhooks, we can usually connect to it — that covers Xero, MYOB, HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and most modern SaaS tools. If you're using something niche or closed, we'll tell you upfront in Discovery whether we can integrate cleanly or whether we'd recommend a workaround.
Yes — full source code, documentation, and infrastructure
Yes. Source code, documentation, and access to any infrastructure we deploy is yours. No vendor lock-in. Where possible we set up the project in your own GitHub/GitLab and your own cloud accounts — and if we host something on our infrastructure, we document how to migrate it. You can hire any developer to maintain or extend what we build.
Transparent change process — proposal, approval, then proceed
Scope shifts happen — usually because building something reveals new information about the workflow. Any change with material time or cost impact gets a short written proposal with revised timeline and price, which you approve before we proceed. Small adjustments that fit within the original scope are absorbed. The Discovery phase exists to minimise scope churn by getting the requirements right before code starts.
Your choice — DIY, ongoing support, or on-standby
We build for maintainability — clean code, documentation, monitoring where it matters. Once it's live, you have three options: maintain it yourself or with an in-house developer, engage us for ongoing support (monthly retainer for proactive maintenance and small enhancements), or have us on standby for issues only. Most clients take the middle option for the first few months, then step down once the system has settled.
Yes — we augment internal teams, we don't replace them
Yes. Many clients have an internal IT person or developer who handles day-to-day work but needs help with a specific build or integration outside their wheelhouse. We can plug in alongside your team — share repos, follow your conventions, hand back well-documented work — or take ownership end-to-end if that's what suits. The choice is yours.
Let's talk about what you're trying to achieve. No jargon, no sales pitch. Just a straight conversation about what's possible.
